Business 101 is all about the fundamentals. If you’ve got gaps in your knowledge that are holding you back, business 101 can fill those gaps. Once you’ve pinned down the fundamentals, you can build upon those foundations so you can create a profitable and sustainable business long-term.
How do I access the course?
You’ll be given login details when you register, so you can access the online learning platform and watch the trainings.
One module will be released per week for the duration of the course (16 weeks).
How does the live support work?
You get access to a Live Q&A support session with Donna every week for 16 weeks. It’ll be on a specific day + time. You’ll receive the link via email or Whatsapp each week.
The sessions will be hosted on zoom and usually last for about an hour, depending on how many questions there are.
The 16-week period starts from when you first access the course.
If you still want to access the Q&A support sessions once the 16 weeks is over, you have the option to do so for a cost of £97 per month. If you choose to stay on monthly, there’s no commitment – you can stay for as long as you need, and when you’re ready to leave simply give us 30 days notice whenever you’re ready.
What if I can’t attend Live?
If you can’t make it live, don’t worry! All support sessions will be recorded, so you can watch them on replay.
We highly recommend you send your questions and queries to Donna before the call if you can’t attend, so that she can discuss them on the call and you can watch the replay later.
Is there a Facebook group?
Not at the moment, but as the community grows, one will be set up. However, if you get stuck and want to ask questions in between the live calls, you can always reach out to Donna via Whatsapp or Email.
What happens if I need to take a break?
All the training is pre-recorded and you’ll have lifetime access, so you can come back to it whenever you want.
Just please note that the live support runs for 16 weeks from the date you start the course, after which it expires.
So, if you have a break and then want to re-join the live support but it’s expired, you’ll need to pay £97 per month for access to the support sessions.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have lifetime access so you can come back to it whenever you want. The only thing you don’t have lifetime access to is the Live Q&A support.
How long is the live Q&A?
Usually an hour, depending on the amount of questions there are.
Do I have to stay on for £97 per month once the 16 weeks has finished?
No! It’s just there as an option, for those that want to continue to access live support. If you don’t need it, there is no obligation to join at all.
How do I sign up for continued live support after the 16 weeks is finished?
You’ll be able to sign up online. We’ll provide you with the link when you’re approaching the end of business 101.
