Meet Donna Brewer

Donna is a CPD Accredited Business Strategist with Lisa Johnson of That Strategy Co. She is also a qualified Coach with the University of Cambridge and is a member of the Association for Coaching.

82% of coaches fail or quit within the first two years of qualifying, mainly due to the lack of business skills and support, and she is on a mission to change this.

She’s been self-employed since the age of 18, has a curious outgoing nature, loves to empower people, and totally knows she is now ‘unemployable’. As an experienced businesswoman, with over 30 years’ experience, she has a portfolio of several successful different types of businesses, including a large network marketing team, events company, a construction company, and, more recently, her coaching and mentoring business.

Having built her previous property company to a seven-figure business, she wanted to return to her first love in life - training and mentoring - so trained to be a life coach in 2021 and has since aligned this with her extensive business experience to support coaches to grow their own businesses. She has a real passion to empower and support the small business community and has mentored over 100 freelance professionals, alongside building her own portfolio. Her focus on building solid foundations is the cornerstone of her work with coaches, because she has seen the impact this can have on a business’ success.

Her motto, is dream big, reach for the stars and be brave to live the life you want. Her top strengths, leadership and zest, have served her well. Throughout her career, she has worked extremely hard, but has also experienced a high degree of discrimination, and bullying at all levels, and wants to help coaches showcase their work, to help their clients overcome life challenges, and show others that adversity makes you a stronger, wiser and a better person.

She has three children, and two lovely grandchildren, and lives with her long-term partner Chris, their dog Tess and Ollie the cat. In her spare time, you will find her either swimming, walking or in her garden tending to her plants, and spending time with her family making memories.
